I recently purchased 2100 microsoft points for my xbox live account. When i input the valid code i get the...?

"code not vail" pop up... i tried this 7 times and the code i wrote was the same as the code on the card... will somebody help me PLEASE.......

you might be putting in some things wrong. like you put 0 instead of o

Sometimes XBL wont accept codes, just wait a while and try again,

If that fails call Xbox Support @ 1 - 800 - 4 - MyXbox

I'm assuming that you bought your points card at Wal-Mart or some store like that. As long as the code wasn't scratched off, you should be okay. Make sure that you check the codes to verify that your zeros aren't the same thing as your o's, and vice versa. Often times, you will get the invalid code if there are a bunch of people trying to input their code at the same time. This happened during the hours building up to the new Map Pack release for Call of Duty 4, and it actually crashed the XBL servers.

Keep trying again... if the problem persists, call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and they will be able to help you. Be aware, though, that they are only there to help and it's not always the operator's fault that the card isn't working.
