I recently purchased a Dell 1525-122b laptop from Best Buy. One of the programs I really like to use doesn't work, called Roxio Creator DE. I can click on it and when it gets to the online registration screen, it locks everything up. You can not use the program until you register it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still have the same problems? I contacted Dell and they said since I didn't buy it from them directly, I would have to go back to Best Buy for the fix? Any computer you buy from Best Buy, for problems like this, you have to call their 24/7 "Geek Squad" hotline. I did this and they said to bring it in and for $29.95 they would take a look at it. I feel, since I bought it new (like a car), everything should work on it or the seller should make it good? Apparently, everyone is passing the buck and no one wants to fix it without making a buck? Can you help me, please? Thanks.........Alan
