i recently put a call into dyson regarding a problem with my vaccuum and a supervisor was supposed to get back to me. no one has. back in august, we were on the phone with a technician regarding a problem with out machine. after trying a list of things, she said to take it to american vaccuum services and it would be covered by dyson. when i did, the man told me it was clogged and i would owe $45. i would not have taken it for that price! please advise as now i am stuck. i want my vaccuum and the man wants his money.
