  1. The word has not been used correctly, which is why you don't understand what it means.  I suspect the author wants to say your details will be taken into consideration or entered into the file.  

    Incorrect usage results in lack of communication.  That's why it's so important to be sure you understand the words you are using and to not overwrite.  This writer overwrote.  And the sentence sounds like it comes from some kind of official source.  More's the pity!


  2. To incorporate and absorb into the system

    But I agree with the other poster..its a rather bad choice of words for this idea.  

    Hopefully this person isnt "the brain" of the place youre dealing with LOL

  3. Perhaps the use of "assimilated" is closer to the truth than was intended.  Loss of identity (uniqueness) and incorporation into the global entity.  Not somewhere I would like to work (I am assuming the letter is a response to some sort of application or submission).
