I recently replaced both cartridges

Question

I recently replaced both cartridges and when I printed the first page a notice came up that the color cartridge was low and there was only 25% left in it. I took it back to the store and they replaced it with another color cortridge which I installed and the message came up that there was only 15% of color left. I hesitate to take it back to the store a second time. Can you help!
