  1. haha one eyed? random! you should get your ctas to catch another one and then get it checkd out.. u mite get a disease frm it or smthing

  2. Mice are very social creatures, but if it is a mouse that was rescued from your cat, most likely it wont make it. I have rescued plenty of mice from my cats, and they have never lived. If he does make it, you might look into getting a cheap feeder mouse from the petstore, because like ^ said, the wild mouse could have a disease or something that could make a petstore mouse sick. At least that way you wouldnt be out a lot of money if they die...

Ive had mice (fancy petstore mice) and they're really cute little critters that live quite a while if you take care of them properly...

  3. Let it heal completely and let it go somewhere away from the cats.  Missing an eye is not a huge handicap in an animal with sensory whiskers as sensitive as a mouse.  Keeping it will stress it, possibly kill it, and as others have said, a 'petstore' mouse will have 0 immunity to any diseases or parasites it might have.  Let it go.

EDIT:  LOL!  I also have the same connection!  I have a one-eyed cat now.  I had a one-eyed beagle as a teen.  My father lost one eye when he was a kid.  My father's car for months had one headlight because he hit a deer, fixed it, got hit by an old man, fixed it, then it got VANDALIZED!  Yep, one-eyed car!  Finally, he fixed it and sold the poor thing...

  4. is this a mouse that you randomly found?? because if it is don't get it a friend it may have some sort of sickness
