I recently sold my car without title / pinkslip. I have it now, but is that all i need?

i sold my car 4 days ago without the pinkslip because i renewed my registration 2 weeks ago and they were sending me my title through mail.

When i went to the DMV to ask about my situation, they gave me a vehicle transfer form and an application for a not-received pinkslip form.

I just received my title today and i told the buyer i was going to send it to his address with my signature on it.

Now my question is, I'm planning to send my title over to him today with my signature, but is that all i need to send him or do i still need to fill out the vechicle transfer form and not-received title form and send it to him as well?

you need to SIGN the the seller part on the title transfer form and on the title itself and send it to him

and buyer can fill out the rest of the title transfer form by himself since he'll have your name/address from the title
