  1. i work for direcTV and im not saying that we dont want our customers to be happy with their services but since you didnt have HD when you originally set up your service we pry wouldnt be able to end the commitment for you early. but it wouldnt hurt to call in ask. but then again it's not really DirecTV's fault that you can't get HD.
