Thats disgusting, and obviously not good to eat.

Take the biscuit and complain. Show them the biscuit and ask for another one.

Talk to the manager about it if you need to. You shouldn't have to eat food that isn't good enough

That's sick I would call them in for sure just think how nasty that is maybe the guy who made your food scratched their a double s before making your food.  Take it back demand your money back and get the number and call them in!

well you could throw it away or take it to the manager and ask them if that is a sanitary way to serve food you may get a free meal out of it I would just call

Ask for another one that is factory sealed properly.

You should have taken the jelly/jam packet back to the serving counter and informed them of the incident.  Recieve a new, unopened/unused packet.  Or eat the biscuit plain.

I think i'd just not use the jam in case the tape was germy .  If it would have had something like a dirty bandaid or a big snot on it , i think i would address the matter further .
