Your question/your english makes no sense. Are you trying to say you deposited $10, spent $3 and now you've got nothing in your account? If so, try talking to your bank, checking for bank charges, minimum balances etc

PS what has this got to do with homeschooling?

Perhaps there was a charge for having/using the account.  Banks have all sorts of fees.
