I recieved mail from PHE inc. Why are they sending me their product

I got mail in my mailbox from a PHE inc. The stuff they advertise is inappropriate and I am not interested in it. I know how to get off the mailing list but how did I get on the mailing list at first is what I want to know. Anyone have any ideas I've never gotten something like it before.

Perhaps you have a "friend" that thought it would be cute to have things sent to you. Some places just have mailing lists they buy.
