I reciveied a call from a weird phone number, 5-[phone] who's phone number is this?

It is probably a telemarketer or scam artist.  They have computer programs that just dial random phone numbers until they get a response.  Do NOT call the number.  First of all, it lets them know they have a valid number.  Secondly, they may charge you an outrageous amount for the purpose of calling and telling them not to call you.  Use you caller ID and screen out these scam artists.

The site below allows you to type in a phone number and possibly find out who called you.  I have this site bookmarked.
