I recorded a very important video on my jvc everio gz-mg130u and there is no audio on the playback. help!?

is there any way to get the audio back? there's no sound on the camcorder playback, and there is no sound in the clip once i upload it. can anyone help? i've done over 100 videos, and this has never happened before. thank you in advance.
