I called in last month and refunded my ticket. And the person I spoke to told me I now have airline credits.

How do I access these? I have an account on usairways.com, but I have no clue on how to find out where my credits are..

Woulden't it be on my account? Did someone have a similar experience and how did you find them? Lol

  1. Your credit should be attached to the reservation or ticket number of the flight you cancelled.  If you booked with a travel agent and refunded through them, contact them to apply the credit.  If you booked with US Airways you need to contact US Airways directly.  A customer service rep. can pull up your credit information and apply whatever residual credit you have to your reservation.  You will then pay the difference in the cost of your new ticket as an add-collect.

If you book directly through US Air, be sure to ask them to waive the service fee for booking with a human since there was no way you could find to do it online.  I'm not saying that they will waive the service fee, just that it doesn't hurt to ask.

    Good luck!

  2. Call their customer service.  I don't know nor care.
