check your spam folder sometimes the e-mail will go there.  Normaly it is e-mailed.

They usually don't send personal emails to contestants that have not won anything.

I know When I win  a sweepstakes they send me emails plus if your talking about rewards program you can go to the close part of the sweeps takes and see if it shows the winners

you only get a email if you win, look via the web site for list of winners
