I rember playing a game for the super nintendo but i cant remeber the name of it?

I remember that when you look up at the sky at night and if you see a certain constellation of like a snake or a dragon or something then it would make a weird noise then a snake or a dragon would come up on the screen.

Oh and this is the only category i thought would work best.

All i know is that it is a rpg and its for super nintendo and i want to know the name of it.
