I remember my dreams very well every single day.WHY?? Could i be astro traveling?

Every night i have a dream or dreams and i always remember them. I want some help understanding why. They are really all unique, so i dont think its some sort of message because they are not repetitve. Someone said previously that i could be astro traveling? what does this all mean?

well the only way you could be asro projecting is if you actually mean to go somewhere with intent.

The dream recolections could mean you just have an extremely active unconciousness. Your dreams are simply your mind and inner body sending you unconcious messages about what's going on with you, I've been doing a lot of research on this lately and I found an amazing book about dreams. It's really a dream dictionary and just amazing! I would look into getting one if I were you.

Naw, you just don't sleep very deep. People who remember their dreams vividly don't sleep very deep. I do the same thing and I've just begun to lucid dream (after a lot of training).

You have a recollective memory. Anyone can train themselves to remember their dreams almost perfectly. It takes work and programming yourself to remember these things. Sounds like your already doing it.
