  1. Tuna Potato Chip Casserole

1 can drained tuna fish (packed in water,

    preferably)

    1 can mushroom soup

1 6-oz. bag regular potato chips

    Shredded cheddar cheese

Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can water and 1/2 can milk in a large saucepan. Flake in drained tuna. Mix thoroughly while heating. Crunch bag of potato chips into bits, and mix into soup with tuna. Stir until all chips are soaked. Remove from heat and let sit a few minutes. Stir and serve. Garnish with shredded cheese. Green peas are a good complement to the casserole. Serves 2 or 3, but recipe can be doubled or tripled.

    Tuna Casserole

2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked

    7 ounces crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch glass pie dish. In a mixing bowl, combine soup, tuna and 1/4 of the potato chips. Mix thoroughly. Pour into the prepared pie dish. Cover the top with remaining potato chips. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until potato chips on top start to brown.
