I removed astroturf from my front porch. Now I have the residue of glue left over. Instead of trying to remove

the glue and what looks to be a few layers of paint, is it possible to put a layer of skim coat down and then reconcrete. I was thinking of just scraping the glue thats not flat. thank you in advance.... A do it your selfer!

  1. You didn't say how large an area you had to cover, but I use patching cement, that is for stairs and holes in cement. It is sort of a plastic base and tougher & longer lasting than cement, & sticks very well. It comes in gallon cans usually, but for a large area, you'd have to buy a large bag of it. This mixes with water and is very easy to do.

    The area would have to be free from dirt and loose bits first, and it would last a long time.
