I have a 2-year lease with the landlord and there is nothing stated in the lease regarding who is responsible for taking out the garbage.

  1. YOU, the owner has it in writing, if you neglect, damage,or sleep on trash, he can evict you, (first: a warning)

  2. Uh, take out YOUR OWN trash !

  3. have your own garbage can and take out your own. that way they can't say anything about you not taking out the garbage since you will be taking all your own out. they will be responsible for their own then

  4. Does it matter? I guess you don't have to, but then your landlord might not either and your place is going to get stinky. Maybe you can negotiate. LIke take turns, or get 20 dollars off your rent for taking it out. lol i don't know.

  5. you should be responsiblef or your trash.

  6. I would think that you are responsible for any trash you make.

  7. When my wife and I got married the preacher said this stuff about fairness is bunk.

He said that we always think we are working harder than the other guy is- because we see everything we do in great detail- but we do not notice much about what the other guy does.

I think you should do much more than what you think is your share around the house or you should move out.

  8. It's common sense and just sanitary for you to get rid of your own trash. You don't lease a car and expect the dealership to clean the car every week for you.

  9. Get your own little Trash can- that has a lid on it. And write

    (y_o_u_r_n_a_m_e_)'s TRASH ONLY!

then just get rid of your trash and dont wory about the rest.

You pay FOR YOUR ROOM- you take out YOUR TRASH.

    end.

  10. You are!
