  1. usually not just for two weeks, read your lease or rental agreement.  mine was anything over 2 weeks.


  2. most likely no, your manager just might want to be informed you're having a visitor from out of state.

  3. NO - short term visitors are fine - Just make sure your landlord knows about it and knows its short term. They may have him fill out a guest registration form.

    Just anyone moving in permanently needs to fill out an application and be on the lease.
