  1. yuk !! maybe u cud try clicking on system restore and selecting an update from b4 u replaced the file ??


  2. Ouch! What is the name of the file? What kind of file is it? It all depends. There are ways to recover files that were deleted; however, it's a rather difficult process.

    Hopefully this file was something you didn't create in office or something.
