I am part owner of property located in New Delhi that I wish to develop into a commercial complex consist of shops, offices,,3 star hotel and 2 cinemas.

Go for joint-development with a  renowned builder.

Not only does he pays for your present value of land..but you can negotiate for giving you 25% worth of constructed area free as a part of the deal.This you can use for business or sell/rent out.

If you really believe, your project has a very good prospect you can find dozens of developers address in property section of local dailies. Contact as many as can to have a suitable deal.

i think there will be many eager investers but wonder how you would build all this in 10 cr!
