I reset my blackberry pearl 8100 and it erased T-mobiles info?

Question

I did the wipe thing on my blackberry pearl and now my fave fives are gone and so is the info from T-mobile, can anyone help on what I should do. Should I call t-mobile and see what they can so or is there something I can do to get it back on without calling them.
