I reset my mp3 now

Question

i reset my mp3 now my computer can't access my creative zen stone (1gb). Even after using creative rescue download all applications say:"DIR corrupted" or "path not found." The drive shows up on "my Computer" as a removable drive but without the "zen" tag.
