I restarted my nokia n91

I restarted my nokia n91 and as soon as i restarted it it asked me for a pin code and i have never put in a pin code and i have tried all the preset codes i know and it still does not work i tried to hook it up to my pc and my pc wont recognise it while it asks for the pin code
