  2. they got deleted. Just sync your iPod to your computer and all music,movies, and photos will be back on your iPod.

  4. This happened to me in the past.. a few times. Your songs were all deleted. You should be able to access all your songs from your music library, which you should have on your computer, considering that you would have had to transfer your songs from there to begin with. Hope this works for you.
