I return from states after 3 month. I have my friend home number but she has changed it and I am not able to.?

Contact her. I called Singtel and they told me her number is unlisted. She is not avoiding me but some debtor she has as I know she had some financial problem. Can someone advice how I can get her new phone number. This is with reference to Singapore only and if you have the answer let me know.

Will appreciate as I will be going to States in another 1-2weeks and could love to get intouch with my friend and render her any help.
