I returned some stuff to bed bath and beyond but they charged me instead?

I can't find the receipt for the original purchase or the return. Is there any other way I can get them to fix it? Can they just look it up on my credit card?

Hello! In the past I was given the cheapest price the item was sold for if I didn't have the receipt. You should call up the corporate Bed Bath and Beyond. They should be able to get the money back to you. Hope all goes well!!!
