I ripped some skin off my face with a waxing strip. How can I cover it up?

I used a waxing strip in between my eyebrows and it took off skin with it. Now I have a big red spot in the middle of my face. I'm going out tonight; What's my best option to cover it up?

A band-aid? You don't want it to get infected bc of bacteria in whatever you use to cover it up. I suggest neosporn and a band-aid.

I know that you are a guy.......i think.............but i would use cover up
