It's all dependent on time, but I usually do 2 miles with 30 min of pilates 2 times a week and 1 mile of 30 min pilates the other 2 times, or mix and match.. anyhow, I usually don't eat more than 2000 calories a day, I don't actually count but I'm an extremely healthy eater. I'm already lean but I have those "pudge" areas like my stomach and love handles and I have cellulite on my butt. Overally I'm in good shape, 5'2" at about 110-115 lbs, it fluxates, and I wear size 2 in pants and size 0 in dresses. What do you think I could do about losing fat in those trouble spots?

And no, I will not take diet pills or detox, I want healthy ways that will keep my body in shape year round.

Thank you.

  1. You're doing a lot of good things.  Unfortunately, you can't lose weight in a particular spot.  However, you might want to add some resistance work (weights) into the mix.  Resistance work helps tone and build muscle, while at the same time it raises your metabolism, allowing you to burn calories and fat longer after workouts.  You should probably focus on complex movements (moves that engage more than one joint during the lift): squats, bench presses, dead lifts.  You won't get bulky, but you will get even more toned, and you'll be stronger.
