I run 10k 6 days a week on the running machine is that bad for me physically?

    Just make sure to have a healthy diet and drink tons of liquid!


  2. Yes and no.

    If you are running or concrete or bitumen then it's seriously bad for your ankle, knee and hip joints.

    Try running or grassy routes or softer ground (y)

  3. Make sure you strech properly before and after, do a proper cool down stay hydrated and eat right and you should be more than alright!! Good luck.
