I run 10k every day... which is 1kilometer ....should i run 1.6k or exactly 1kilometer for marathon?

I am going for a marathon run for (21k).

daily I run 10kilometers. so how do the marathon distance calculator works......... it checks on 1kilometer or 1.6kilometer

how do they calculate .....on kilometers or miles.....

  1. The marathon is a long-distance running event with an official distance of 42.195 kilometers (26 miles 385 yards).  You run 10K every day...that is 10 kilometers not 1 kilometer????  If you are running k then use 1k if it is in miles use 1.6k
