thats super good i am 17 and i am not even sure i can run that fast...

If u can do the 400 under  1 min u good

umm  its not that great.. but with some training u can get much better

That, in my opinion, is a great time in the 200 for your age. I run that event, and I hope to make that time next season, for I'm entering high school now.
