Question:

I run a 5.1 40. and I am a half back in 10th grade going into varsity.. Is that horriblee??

I am considered very fast accourding to people and when i run in games i am hard to catch. I have been trainning and lifting alot since april and running speed drills endurance ex.. about 3-4 days a week. But my 40 is a 5.1.. Am i a considered a very slow back.?

  1. i wouldnt say your extremly slow. espicially if you are over or near 200 pounds, but you do need to get faster. I would reccommend using a power sled or a parachute or just resistance running in general. This helped take my 40 time from a 5.2 to a 4.75
