  1. Start running sprints to develope your soft twitch muscles and also buy new shoes.

  2. thats good, i have just played soccer my whole life and never done any running training. As a 14 year old i can run a mile in 5:44 so if u do lots of intense running and learn to pace your self to a pace that will still give you a good time then you will increase your mile time

  3. Ok I'm training for the special forces. And they only do that if extremely neccasary.

1.)Keep running like that and when your older. You will have trouble walking. You are not making your legs stronger. You are increasing your pain tolerance. Witch would be good. But now you dont know when youve gone to far.

    Take it easy.

    For example.

    I go by a 3 day schedule.

Day 1 is upper body workouts.

Day 2 Is abdominal and core.

Day 3 Is lower body and running.

If you dont give AT LEAST a full 32 hours of rest to a well worked out muscle, it cant heal.

(working out destroys the muscles so it grows back stronger).

    2. 6:10 is very good. Dont push yourself so hard.

I suggest that while your giving your legs a break. You work on your breathing.(dont hold your breath). There is a very cheap piece of equipment called "Powerlung".

It strengthins your lungs. Witch will help breath control and capacity.

3.I know it might be hard to understand.

But you are destroying your legs.

Keep what your doing up and they wont be able to repair properly.

If you let your legs have AT LEAST a 32 hour break.

You will find they are actually in way better shape.

Though for you i suggest you take a full week break or more to let your legs heal.

And you might not like hearing it.

    But its the truth.

Special forces push them selves harder than that.

But its usually only when neccasary.

Like when being shot at, or during h**l week.

And im guessing your in highschool

(Im not belittleing you. I am too).

But Contact a doctor and/or a professional trainer.

(one with a record. Not one who looks like he came from WWE).

They will tell you the same.
