me & 2 of my friends tried to let a 3 bedroom house, we are all in full time employment earning more than enough to afford the rent. As we were friends and not in a relationship they wouldnt let it to us. not fair!!

Advertise..........walk the streets dropping leaflets..........contact hospitals/big companies/ colleges/uni's..........drop them a letting list. Target landlords who have their properties with other agents. How many properties have you? How many Landlords? What are you qualifications?.............

You should have addressees these questions before you went into business. Its a cut throat business, even more so now.
