You can't get them wholesale.  They're not boutique brands, they're huge corporate brands and they are only sold through their chain stores.

i dont think that hollister or ae would sell their clothes wholesale, but you could always ask the stores

From what I know of American Eagle, they only sell through their chains and catalog, not distributed by other companies as wholesale.  You may find some knock offs or Outlet stores may carry some that didn't meet standard and ends up there.  The only way to be sure is to check with the companies themselves.
