I run a yahoo group. One of my members is having difficulty posting pictures onto the group.?

My member has dial up.She is having difficulty posting pictures onto the group. I see them on my computer and save them but they will not load onto the group photos. Can anyone advise on how to solve this problem. She has sent them different sizes and on their own but it makes no difference. If anyone can advise I need simple instructions on how to help her as she is not computer savvy.

dial up often has time outs during uploads- if you have a faster connection you could offer to do it for the member if they e-mail it to you
