I have ran cross country for 6 years now. This is my senior year in high school. My coach really works us hard. We usually put around 10 miles in a practice at the beginning of the season then later in the season we drop some mileage and go up in intensity. I am usually the first or second runner on our team, I usually run around mid 17's. (So I am exercising regularly and have been burning calories.) I have been doing 3 sets of 100 crunches a night and I have been eating good. I have also been drinking a boost nutritional drink before I run. They have like 350 calories and a bunch of vitamins. (should I avoid these?) What should I be doing to get a nice six pack? ( I think I have a 2 1/2 pack.....)

  1. you're doing fine with 3 sets of 100, if you keep that up for lets say 6 weeks, you should be ripped, you should eat home cooked meals, healthy fresh food, and taking your vitamins is good but when you say boost? that means crash, afterwards (all the glucose),

listen to this guy he has a six pack, he'll give you his routine

  2. hmm well eating special things is not going to magically make a six pack appear lol..your going to have to do alot of ab workouts...crunches do tone the stomach but not enough to make a difference...try to go to a local gym or if your school has a weight room then that's good too and do ab workouts that should help. good luck!

  3. P90X Workout Program

Specifically Ab Ripper X pretty much garunteed a 6 pack in 90 days.

    google it.
