  1. If i were you i would listen to concerts..

  2. I don't run cross country but get loose by the salads gets me going!

  3. Genre isn't too important: a constant beat is what helps the best. Here are some that work for me:

"Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden is really good.

    "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath

    "Da Funk" by Daft Punk

"Hungry Like the Wolf" by Duran Duran

"Vagabond" by Greenskeepers (the song in the GTA IV commercial)

    "Stronger" by Kanye West

"Are You Gonna Go My Way" by Lenny Kravitz

    "Enter Sandman" by Metallica

"Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine

    "My Sharona" by The Knack

    Another thing:

It's a good idea to pace your strides and your breaths off of a song's beat, so try to find one with a distinctive beat at a tempo that works best for you. Good luck!

  4. Through the fire and flames by dragonforce

    Lonely soul by unkle

We will rock you by queen

paint it black by the rolling stones

  5. the way i are <by timberland

    perfect exceeder

love dont let me go i soo recomend it its a good song with a great beat

and um good luck in ur competition race :)
