  1. Look for shoes with a lot of support in the arch.  I have the same problem and the sales person helped me pick out a great pair of shoes.  Brooks have a few like that.  Hope I helped.


  2. Go to your local running store/sports store and tell them your problem and they will be able to get you a pair of shoes that will work for your feet. Also if you are talking about spikes for cross country then you will not be able to do anything about it. They just come flat and that is it.
