Question:

I run on my tippy toes?

For some reason I run on my toes(I'm flat footed) My friend said that it looks like I'm skipping when I run and my other friend said that I look weird. is their anyway on how I can stop this?

  1. Forefoot running actually makes a lot of sense. You may be too far forward, but it produces less stress on your ankles and knew than landing on your heel.

    Try landing more on the balls of your feet, as you naturally do when you jump from a bench. That is how our body is designed to absorb impact.

  2. if you're a sprinter, then thats wat u want to do. lean forward and stay on ur toes. but if ur a distance runner, then lean back. seriously lean back and your weight will shift to your arch and heels.
