  1. lots and lots of carbs hence pasta partys


  2. Lot of pasta or carbs. Just be healthy don't drink pop or eat junk food.

  3. well, eating is important, but if your just a kid you dont really have to worry. I mean pasta is great the night before, and the day of the race dont ave any junk or too sugary. Maybe just a granola bar or power bar. Its better to run a bit hungry than really full :]
