Question:

I run varsity cross country at my school, but missed all the summer practices because I had walking pneumonia

and then my mom made me rest for the remainder of the summer. Practice starts today, what can I eat/ do to get back in the swing of running without side cramps, fatigue, etc...

  1. i don't think your mom should have made you rest

    walking pneumonia is a one-week thing

    try eating a lot of fruit and carbs

    if you have a treadmill or any exercise equipment use that


  2. ooo thats tough =[......make sure u drink lots of water throughout the day(NOT right before u run!!) and make sure u eat, but dont eat so much to wear u will throw up,,,also eat lots of carbs
