I runs 60 seconds in a 400m and 30 seconds in 200m how do i improve my results very quickly?

  2. The key to improving your 400m time is to simply, eat healthy and push your hardiest every race. The results will come, but it won't be over night. Two years ago I ran  51sec in the 400m and 22sec in the 200m.

  3. If you can run the  400 in 60, then you should be able to run the 200 in less than 30 right now.

    Obviously something is wrong, in the way you run the race.

    The 200 is a sprint, you do not stride or pace  yourself and then kick at the end.

    If you are doing the training to be able to sprint the 200 and the 400 then you need to learn how to race.

    Both races are sprints, you are running as fast as  you can for these races.

    It is not like a 100, but it is close.

    Once you are at top speed you must relax and run without trying to run faster.
