Nait Institute of Tech has a ccna (Cisco Certified Network Associate) course so I would start by emailing or calling them for exam information.

Calgary has a comprehensive schedule at Global - you may want to check with them to see if you are eligible to write there. They do have some courses available in Edmonton and you can also request courses for here.
