lust: the rush of hormones you get when you see or are around someone who stimulates you sexually

obsession: constantly thinking about something (or someone) to the point where its distracting and affecting your life

Love ~ is what you feel for family mother/father/sister/children. That no matter what wrong they do you will forgive , that no matter what they decide you will back them and still be in their lives. Very Few get to find this kind of love in the opposite s*x and become a couple.

Obsession ~ is when you want something because you feel you need it and not because it is right for you.

Lust ~ is what i feel for most of my contacts lol okay Really it is when you desire someone, when all you think about is them naked and all over you.

Okay this is only my opinion. May not be right on some but this is my way of thinking when i saw those words. I hope you got my email.

unfortunately, many are confused about what love is, and mistake it for lust and obsession-if you can avoid that mistake, you will save yourself alot of grief in the future!

Definitely!  Love is having the other person's best interest at heart, caring what happens to them and wanting to make them happy.  Obsession is an unreasonable desire to "have" someone.  And lust is just a physical attraction.

Obsession is when you can't stop thinking about something.

Lust is pure animal desire, the kind that apparently at least one of my contacts has for me ;)

it is a lust if I sleep with the same gender, except I cant love it (no attraction). however I can love women and crossdressing is my obsession. I love girly tops.
