  1. Report it when it happens, or forget about it.  The round is over, and the impact on the game / round / match is past history.

  2. Well thats most of the people on here I qwouldnt play golf with then. Of course you should report him you have too one of the beauties of the great game f golf is that you play by the rules. Report him or before we know it the game will be as c**p as football

  3. Why would a simple golf question like this elicit responses from people that never respond to questions in the golf forum?

  4. the only person who he is cheating is himself,,he will have to live with it ,,,,,and you can go around telling everybody what he has done

  9. No be he will not like you any more but  if he does it again i dothen think you should report him hope this help you xxxooo♥♥♥

  10. If you feel you should then yes whatever makes you happy

  11. No. you'll get a name for reporting people.

If he's a friend you should quietly advise him that you saw him cheating.  Should he continue to cheat, then tell him again and walk off the course. In a competition, walk off anyway.

Believe me, action speaks louder than words.

As has already been stated, he knows he is cheating...let him try to live with himself. He'll develop the habit of cheating and other people will notice it. He'll soon be regarded as a dodgy character and no-one will want to play him.

  12. yes

  13. No, take his nine iron and beat the living c**p out of him

  14. Definitely. If you don't he/she'll just keep getting away with it. Make sure you get anonyminity when you do report it though.

  15. You shouldn't report him but have a word first to see what his reaction is.  If you see it continue after you have spoken to him then maybe report him.

Was it in a club competition of just a practice round ?

  16. If he's playing by himself, let him lie to himself all he wants. If he's in a tournament, then you should report him.

  17. ofcourse not, just let him know that you saw him cheating and tell him not to let it happen again

  18. who cares? unless he won by cheating?

  19. you should because it is bad for you and for them because their cheating and their handicap will be wrong
