I saw a mobile fortune-telling bus with a parking ticket on it today in Ardee, Ireland.?

Surely the occupants would be aware that they were going to get a ticket? Surely they would have the ability to look 10 minutes ahead into the future and know the traffic warden was coming? I don't understand how this could have happenned?

  3. They can't predict their own futures only the future of those daft enough to pay them.
